The ejector seat

On our last plane trip, Doug, myself and Austin were sitting in our seats waiting for takeoff.  Austin was extremely fidgety and was investigating everything.  At one point he reaches up about to hit the flight attendant call button, and asks “What’s this button for?”.  Immediately and in perfect sychronization, Doug and I responded “the ejector seat.”  Had we not immediately started laughing at our like-mindedness, I think Austin would have believed that the button in question was for the ejector seat.  Doug and I have been married 13 years, parents for almost 9 of them.  We may not have grown to look alike, but we certainly think alike.
