Life in a Dallas suburb

I am alone in the universe.

That is what I prefer to think when I go to any public restroom.  I can handle chitchat while washing my hands, but otherwise I prefer to think I am completely alone in there.  Which is why I am completely flabbergasted that each time I have gone to the restroom at work today, there has been someone standing in the bathroom talking on a cell phone.  A different person each time!  Think about it – of all the places that have background noise, would a bathroom be your first choice for a phone call?  Why is there not a building code that requires builders to put in some kind of anti-transmission walls in bathrooms?  JMO.

ITA!!!!!!
I don’t get calls on my cell excessively, but it seems like if I am in a public restroom that is when my phone rings. I let it play White and Nerdy and go to voice mail.
